Ability to delete a rom from the "Explore Content" option

Add the ability to delete games directly from the content folder

It’s the same reasoning as with deletion. We treat the content explorer as a read-only interface by design. Even somewhat safe actions like renaming can introduce issues, such as breaking assigned system, or core, and potentially causing confusion if done accidentally. Keeping the explorer essentially read-only ensures the same experience where content can be safely browsed and launched without the risk of unintended changes. File Management within Content Explorer

The content explorer is designed as a read-only interface. It allows you to browse and launch games or media, but intentionally does not support management actions like deleting, renaming, copying, or moving files. Why read only? This is done by design.
