Archive manager not recognising theme .zips

Hi Everyone!

I hope you are all doing well and had a good Christmas!

I’m very new to the retro handheld console scene.

I’ve installed muOS onto my RG35XX SP

I wanted to try out some of these awesome themes so I’ve downloaded some theme zips from here

https://www.patreon.com/posts/pop-theme-only-104940129

The instructions say to download the zip, stick the .zip into my Archive folder, then go to archive manager and extract them butttt → nothing appears in the archive manager

I changed the extension from .zip to .muxzip → archive manager was then able to find them but all of the folders are read as unsupported archives and skipped as a result

There are also a lot of Youtube tutorials that say that you can put theme zips from the muOS github themes page and archive manager will recognise them but again, they are not recognised.

Again, I am very new to this so maybe the instructions are out of date or I’m doing something very stupid

Thanks in advance people :)))

the theme format has changed since then. look for the current version of the theme using the built in theme downloader or the muOS theme website.

Ohhhhh. Okay that makes complete sense! Thank you so much :)))
