I saw there was a new core on muos support Pyxel games, so i sourced together 42 games i found on github in one location, created screenshots of the games, tested them and in some cases even added gamepad controls so they could work on muos.
i’ve also created a video about them on github so you can get an idea:
The games are available on archive org here:
I also created an easy to use catalog muxzip for the screenshots so you can use it with archive manager once you have the games downloaded: Pyxel - Catalogue.muxzip (528.2 KB)
yup i checked that, but many games listed there do not have a pyxapp file some even did not have source code listed. For the ones that linked to github i downloaded the pyxapp files or compiled the source code to a pyxapp file. But there’s many more even not listed on that page if just search for pyxel on github but most of the time you’ll have to compile them to a pyxapp yourself which is actually pretty easy todo
I found 20 more games where i added gamepad controls to, compiled them to a pyxapp file and created the screenshots. They are added to the archive org link on the 1st post
Here is the updated catalog muxzip when you (re)downloaded the games: Pyxel - Catalogue.muxzip (758.0 KB)
