Problem

I wanted to make a self-signed certificate for the sftpgo and syncthing webgui.

Troubleshooting
I ran `ldconfig -p | grep crypto` and then `objdump -p /usr/lib/libcrypto.so | grep "OPENSSL_"` on each of the files, but they come up short on version–the highest being 3.2.

`objdump -p /usr/lib32/libcrypto.so.3 | grep "OPENSSL_"` comes up with `8 0x00 0x06702e20 OPENSSL_3.3.0`, but it’s `libcrypto.so (libc6,hard-float) => /usr/lib32/libcrypto.so`–`hard-float` which I suppose is the wrong arch–I don’t really understand to be honest.

This is, of course, super low priority and only for the love of systems, right… the romance of tinkering. Of course, I could just create the cert on another system, but I found this curious.
