Does anyone know when Andromeda wil be released to the public, as I want to know (as much as all of you) so I can prepare and move certain things over. Its fine if you don’t know, but please share your theories!

Nobody knows. There’s no ETA.
It will be released when it is ready.

Do you have any theories, or have you noticed a pattern? If you don’t, that’s fine.

Making up theories or posting release dates only turns a fun hobby into a chore with expectations.

The Devs are volunteers that contribute in their spare time, they don’t work to deadlines.

Since muOS is open source, if you want to see updates sooner, you can contribute with PRs or joining the testing crew and providing detailed bug reports, if coding is not something you want to help with.

Essentially the muOS crew is made up of normal people like yourself that just help out in their spare time whenever they can
