# RG35XX SP not powering on after attempting to save & load RetroArch Config file

You were probably stuck in FEL mode, no need to disassemble the device. There’s an explanation on how to get out of it here: [My device is not booting!](https://community.muos.dev/t/my-device-is-not-booting/35)

Now that you get it to boot, if you can hear the navigation sounds, just increase the brightness with menu+volUP
