ScummVM + Xbox controller over Bluetooth on RG40XXV Problem

Hi everyone,

I’m using an Xbox controller over Bluetooth on my RG40XXV running muOS Pixie. In RetroArch everything works great, but when I launch ScummVM, only the left analog stick works (as mouse movement) — none of the buttons do anything at all. I can’t click, open the menu, or even exit.

I’ve tried:

  • Mapping keys via the Options → Keymap (but can’t even get into the menu)
  • Using different controller ports
  • Pressing every button combination possible :sweat_smile:

Is there any way to:

  • Add proper button mappings (A = left click, B = right click, Start = Enter, etc.)
  • Or manually configure scummvm.ini for Xbox input?
  • OR switch ScummVM to use a different input handler?
