After enabling “Retroarch Network Wait” and attempting to boot the device while charging, I was unable to skip the “Waiting for network to connect” screen using the Start and Select buttons.
The steps that cause this issue are as follows:
enable “Retroarch Network Wait” → Shutdown device while in game → plug in charger → press Start to boot → press Start or Select to skip “Waiting for network to connect” screen
