System freezes when accessing content or collection from main menu

System freezes when trying to access content or collections menus from the main menu.

This is a fresh flashed card with previous data migrated to SD2 from AW banana and also removed the folders advised here

I seem to be able to access other menu items and can also access history and games load as expected with saves intact from the history menu.

Update: I tried to clear system cache via task toolkit and now nothing appears or loads in my history menu either.

My first thought is that you have a bad card.

Card is a genuine Sandisk. Updating to resolve the issue for anyone else who comes across this.

Going to apps > task toolkit > restore friendly name files restored my content and collections menus.
