# Trouble booting muOS on RG35XX Plus

Help. My RG35XXplus has been stuck on the little mustard logo for at least half an hour now and does not proceed to next steps for set up. I have re-flashed it just in case something was corrupted and I have tried the reset button but nothing works so far. I do not have a second sd card inserted; I did not have any issues booting stockOS or modded stockOS. I am pretty sure I downloaded the correct file for this system. Please help.

Problem solved! I tried to flash the image for RG35XX PLUS because that’s what it said on the device, but turns out that’s the wrong one and I should’ve used the “RG35XX 2024” instead. My bad!
