I am unable to reliably get out of Sleep Mode after closing the lid on my RG35XXSP. Pressing the power button once never wakes the system from sleep, but sometimes I am able to get to come out of sleep by doing a quick “double-tap” of the power button. Other times the green power light will come on, but additional presses of the power button won’t do anything to bring it out of sleep, and I am then forced to press the reset button and to power the device back on.
I was able to resolve this issue myself. I had to go into General Settings → Advanced Settings and then scroll down to “Display Suspend” and enable it. Once I did that, I was able to wake the handheld with a single press of the power button.
