Hello, i just update to newest version and this happend when i press power button and wake up screen will be tearing, sometime i turn device up and this happend again, after few reboot it turn normal but if i do sleep it will be again. if you know pls tell me this is hardware issue or firmware issue? thank you!

Same behavior on a brand new RG40xxH that I received last week. I’ve turned OFF sleep mode and I’ve activated the “Shutdown immediately” option to avoid any screen damage.

I don’t know if that can help, but it seems Knulli had the same behavior and this was patched recently. Sleep mode now works well with last Knulli release for RG40xxH/V devices.
I wish this could be fix for MuOS has Knulli drains too much battery and does not have any parental code lock to boot up the device (I am setting it all up for a young kid).

I have the exact same issue, I thought it was a faulty display, but its muos and it goes away by using the device. I have turned off the sleep function for now.
Hope this gets fixed asap

We are aware of this issue and thankfully testing for Jacaranda shows it is currently working as far as I am aware.
