Allow external controller to reset display timeout / sleep timeout

Problem:
When connected to a TV through HDMI and playing with a bluetooth controller, my power settings keep activating even though I’m pressing various inputs in the external controller (not the device).
This results in the audio stopping mid-play because 2 minutes have passed without touching any button on the device, and then if I don’t input anything for 10 minutes it goes to sleep entirely.
I think this could be because the timeout reset for these settings currently may not be accounting for inputs from an external controller.

Solution:
Allow for every source of input to reset the countdown for display dimming and sleep functions. This way we could ensure that the device only powers down when it really isn’t being played.

Alternative solution:
Add option in HDMI settings to disable timeouts when connected through HDMI.
More of a workaround than a solution but I think this could also be a nice way to resolve this issue.

Agree that this is a required thing for running in HDMI TV console mode with bluetooth controller.

The upcoming update has a built-in check for this added in.
