Hello, I am new to MuOS and maybe missing something and wondered if someone could help? I have MUOS running on an RG40xxv with 2 sd cards and have loaded artie. It opens fine. I can download the artwork for the systems and see the green squares. Within Artie I can view this information. However when I go to the main “explore content” menu on MuOS I don’t see any artwork. I searched and some posts say press Y for info but that gave the collection option. There were also posts about configuring the SD card path but settings.json didn’t have anything like that. Then I tried copilot and that said that artie can’t actually store the artwork on the sd card rom folders e.g. /roms/gba/boxart and is only used for viewing artwork inside artie. Am I missing a step? Thanks
I usually go to Task Toolkit under Applications and run the Dot and Junk File Cleanup. See if that works for you.
I found that artie had scraped the boxart onto SD1 but the roms are on SD2. I manually copied from SD1 to SD2 and now the boxart shows up. I guess I have to define something in settings.json to tell artie where to store the scrapes.
Update, I had set the metadata catalogue for SD2 which was where MUOS was looking but I couldn’t make artie save scraped box art there, no matter what settings I put in settings.json it stored them on SD1. so I reset the location of the metadata catalogue in MUOS settings to SD1 and it is working.
Are you on the latest version? Artie release notes state they supported multi SD card setup
This keeps saving the Boxarts to SD1. How to make it so it saves to SD2 only??
I’m on latest ver and I cannot find any settings to change the path to SD2.
Yes I’m on the latest version of MUOS and Artie
On Artie main screen, did you try pressing select button to backup to SD2?
