Bootlogo not working on rg28xx from all themes

new to muos, got it up and running on my rg28xx but if I change the theme, it seems to no longer shows any bootlogo when starting the device. Doesn’t mater what theme I pick. The only time it showed was before I ever picked a theme. Ideally I’d like to customize it, but I’d still rather have the default than none. Reflashing “fixes” this in the sense that it sets me back to before selecting any themes.

Edit: Was able to use DiskGenius to edit the bootlogo.bmp file. Main thing was I had to rotate the image for it to work. If the image wasn’t rotated, it showed a blank bootup. Bootlogo still wipes if I change theme. Something isn’t allowing the themes to properly apply the bootlogo. The rotation doesn’t seem to occur automatically or isn’t working correctly.

I tried putting an already rotated .png image into /muos/theme/*/640x480/image/bootlogo.png but when I applied theme and checked in DiskGenius, I noticed compared to my manual working .bmp, it had more black space on the left and right side of the image. This may be due to the rotated png being 480x640? I think the issue is with the rotation script somehow.
