Brightness setting - amplitude of levels different from 16 is bugged

The brightness adjustment setting from default 16 levels to 10 (to sync with brightness overlay bar), or another, is bugged, does not reflect the configured value.

That is not how it works. The maximum brightness value of the current set of devices we support is 255. The overlay code does the percentage calculation based on the current integer value of the present brightness. Same with the percentage within the General Settings module of the muX frontend.

There is no current issue with the brightness or volume increment changing. You are more than welcome to replace your current scripts with these and confirm it for yourself by using the I switch that has now been added.
