[FIXED - macOS issue] Duplicate, non-working ("._") theme files in Theme Picker

Hi there! muOS newbie here. PIXIE was my first install on my first device. Got everything pretty much up and running like I want, but have a weird issue where my Theme Picker is cluttered with “duplicates” of all the themes I’ve installed. These dupe files with “._” in front of the title don’t do anything, but the “true” theme files do work as intended. See the attached pics. I can’t figure out how to get rid of them!

I’ve looked through the theme folder on my SD card and there’s only one version of each file; anyone experienced something similar?

the ._ files will be hidden in your computers normal view of the folder. You can usually configure hidden files to be viewable.

The computer is making the ._files for some reason (not muOS) - usually its quite safe to delete these files.

D’oh it’s a stupid Mac thing. You can tell it’s been a while since I was mounting and unmounting external storage between non-Mac devices

You can run the “Dot and Junk File Cleanup” task found in the toolkit to search and remove these pesky files.
