Goose RG35XX+ System (NES) not recognized in Explore, Scrappy etc

For some reason, my Goose install on RG35XX+ cannot seem to recognize the NES folder, on a level where MuOs will launch the games from the folder, but gives the (?) on the system folder, and scrappy not being able to scrape as if the folder and games do not actually exist.

I’ve tried changing names for the system, but this is where my technical level ends.

Pixie has no problem recognizing nes on my CubeXX.

its known issue, you need to rename folder in catalog and string in muos.lua file

for nes ist “Nintendo NES - Famicom”

but is actual for any “missing” platform

here you can find details:

Not an issue at all.

The catalogue name was changed to keep it uniform and in line with other named systems. The application has to be updated. Issues are to be raised within the application thread if they have one.

You can name your folder whatever you like, the catalogue works by what core you assigned not by the folder name.

Some themes use specific folder names and these can be found in MUOS/info/catalogue/Folder with box being box art and grid for the grid view icon.
