I have tried to enable grid mode for content explorer but it doesn’t do anything. I still have list view after toggling it.
the theme has to support grid mode in order for the toggles to do anything. If a theme does not support grid mode then grid mode is always going to be off.
It’s either none of my themes support grid mode or it is broken on Canada Goose.
I’ve been using OneTwo theme with grid mode on Pixie but now it’s not possible.
grid mode works fine on Canada Goose. Note: Grid mode will not display for a folder that has folders and files in it. Grid mode can also be hidden by the toggle. If you are seeing a list of content then grid mode is active. If you’re are seeing a grid and just the images are not populating then either you have artwork messed up or you don’t have a core assigned to the directory. Always make sure to download the latest version of the theme too.
Thanks, it was because of the readme file I had in roms folder. On Pixie it was just ignored.
it worked the same way in Pixie but you may have modified your skip.ini to ignore readme.txt
