Basic Info We Need to Help You
If you’re running into issues, we are here to help, however we do need a few details first. Please include the following in your issues post so we have something to work with…
What version are you running?
Include the version of muOS, RetroArch, and the emulator core with as much information as possible.
What game or content are you trying to play?
Mention the game title, region (like USA
or Europe
), and what file format you’re using for example, .bin
, .cue
, .chd
, or .zip
.
Do you have a working BIOS for the system?
Some systems won’t boot or work properly without the correct BIOS files in place.
Did you clear old RetroArch settings before updating?
Keeping old configs can cause weird issues after an update. Let us know if you started clean or kept your old settings.
Have you changed anything recently in RetroArch?
Even small changes, like turning on a shader or switching the video or audio drivers, can affect how things behave. Mention any changes you made before the issue started.
