I’m not sure how to fix this. When I try to move back to SD1 I don’t receive any errors but the screen continues to say BIOS is located on SD2. Can I change this manually by editing a file? If so, which file?
Thanks for the help in advance!
If you migrate to SD2 using Storage, it’ll make a copy of the BIOS folder on SD1. The system will automatically use the BIOS folder on SD2 if the directory exists there.
If you want the system to use SD1 instead of SD2, you would need to manually remove the BIOS folder on SD2 yourself.
You can also sync the SD2 folder back to SD1, which just ensures that whatever changes you might do to the folder gets cloned to SD1. The SD2 folder will still be there in this case.
Interesting, so this is a fault in the bios checker app then, possibly. After the move to SD2, when I run the bios checker app, it shows only a blank screen for results and doesn’t show that it’s actually checking anything. Any ideas on why that may happen?
This would be something to ask about with the BIOS checker, as it’s not developed by the muOS team. My guess is something broke with a system update along the way.
Adding to this I don’t believe the app creator has moved from the Discord channel to here which is quite unfortunate.
