J2me core is already available in muOS.
You just need to create any folder in ROMS and copy the .jar files into it and play.
However you can also upgrade to use the build from J2me-Plus here: Here
Copy the .muxzip file to the ARCHIVE folder in the sdcard, then install it using Applications/Archive manager.
It will overwrite the current core of muOS
