Left Joystick issue

The left joystick input does not work properly on the rg35xxh. When pressing left/right, it is read in the menu/input tester as up/down, and up/down on the stick is not read.

Left joystick does'nt working in the menu

Is anyone else having trouble with the left joystick movement for menu/front end navigation (RG35XXH)? When I move it left it goes up and right it goes down; the up and down movements don’t work. It’s not a serious problem that prevents me from playing, as it works in games, but it used to work in the menu as well.
