Got a new RG35XXSP and was in the process of migrating everything to SD2 like I normally do. Everything migrates fine until I get to Activity Tracker. It freezes on the “All Done!” Screen and doesn’t seem to go anywhere after that. I have to hit the reset button for it to restart, and pull the second SD card for it to even boot.

Alright I’m an idiot. Apparently my previous Knulli install had a rogue tiny partition. I believe Muos thought that partition was SD2. So once I migrated everything to it the .19gbs filled up fast and caused things to hang during boot. Anyway I reformatted using the SD Formatter Tool that was recommended and now the second Sd card shows up with the correct storage size.
Glad to hear. Yes we always recommend you reformat sd2 as a single exfat partition using the SD formatter tool to prevent any unexpected issues like this. Here’s the tool for anyone else seeing this later :
