Hi all
this started just today. One game got frozen so I had to reset the device (rg35xxh) . Now the device does not start, not even after doing a hard reset
When booting up, the first logo of MuOS appears, then it goes into a black screen, then the music of MuOS booting up sounds, then nothing
Can anybody please help?
Did you reset using the button and not Safe Reboot combo (L2+R2+Start)?
Using reset button can corrupt your system. Make sure to backup anything you need and just reflash.
I did the hard reset by pushing the reset button. Was not aware of the safe reset possibility. Thanks!
btw, why MuOS performance is not good just after rebooting? And why do the ports disappear if you take the sd card off?
If you can hear sounds but the screen stays black after the boot, increase the brightness(a lot) with menu + vol Up
Performance is just fine after a reboot as with a fresh boot. If not, there’s something wrong on your end.
I don’t know in what scenario you are taking your card off, but everything, including the system, is running from the sd card, so without one, there won’t be content.
if you used the reset button, maybe something got corrupted in the process, re-flash the system then.
