Thank you for the advice to switch the performance regulator, but unfortunately I‘ve already tried that, on the performance mode it lags significantly more, and the power saving mode makes the FPS more stable, but the loaded moments lag. Reinstalling the system and reinstalling the games didn’t help either.
For some reason, this problem was only noticed on the RG40XX H, but I previously had the RG35XX Plus and RG35XX SP.
Please tell me what this could be related to?

i have the same device, no problems at all, even ship of harkinian with hd textures runs smoothly like the other games, did you try reinstall portmaster?
how would it be any less optimized when hardware-wise it’s identical to every other XX device?
Do you have problems with Sonic Mania and Shovel Knight? After a full console restart, these games lag, but if I put the console to sleep and then back on, they start working properly.
Maybe I’m just unlucky and have a strange marriage?
By the way, 3D games don’t lag on me either, but I have some problems with 2D games
