BIOS are identified within Retroarch. I can launch the .chd file from Retroarch using PCSX but when i tried to launch the same file from MuOS Collection, it will enter into a black screen state and jump back to menu. I’ve tried other core from MuOS Collection as well but same problem persist. Some select files can be run normally from MuOS but majority of the files can’t. I’ve checked the BIOS checksum as well.
Try a different core.
Thanks for the reply razorbeamz. Do you mean to use different core (i.e. duck/swanstation) from MuOS? If so, I’ve already tried that and the file is still not loading. Would any other information help to debug the issue?
did ya check the rom checksum? what game is it? ill try it on my end when i get a minute
edit: wait i completely misread your post (maybe i shouldn’t have taken so many post work dabs lol). you’re able to launch it from retroarch but not the muos frontend? i honestly don’t know what would cause that. the first thing that comes to mind is your core assignments are off somehow? try resetting them with the task toolkit script
