It occurred to me that maxing out your processor syncing a big directory in syncthing will, indeed, make the frontend chug. I think it would be useful to have something monitoring the cpu to display a warning when the cpu is maxed (for whatever reason). I’m sure there’s other applications that could also potentially run the CPU up in the background, so probably not limited in scope to Syncthing.
This would probably give the user some context why their console is chugging in this case.
