I have been using my RG35XX plus with muOS for a while now, on Beans. The other day I decided to give it an upgrade to Pixie. I got the img file for that model (and I am sure it is Plus, not 2024), I flashed it to the sd card I was already using, with the command line tools in Fedora, and all seemed well until I put it back into my RG35XX plus. When I turn it on, the M logo spash comes up… and in a few seconds the device shuts off.
I tried reflashing that version of Pixie (same result), I tried flashing the 2024 version just in case with the same result. Went back to the plus version and still, same result. I tried booting with the second sd card in the device, and I tried booting with the second sd card removed from the device.
If I mount the card in my computer, it shows up just fine and has the expected files for a freshly flashed muOS. Six partitions, formatted correctly etc. I was not experiencing any issues with the device before I decided to upgrade the OS.
Is there anything else to try? I do have some spare sd cards coming in the mail and if nothing else I’ll try flashing those if it’s a card issue. For reference, I’m using a 32 GB SanDisk micro SD card.
