RG40xxH Stick RGB-LED Lights not working after Boot/Resume

Hi! When booting the device, the stick LED lights stay off.

Once you go into the RGB manager, or if you use the M+RightStickDown Combo, they come on instantly, and keep working until the device is shut down.

Anything I can do to fix it, or any logs I can provide to help pinpoint the issue?

This will be fixed in the 2601.1 update.
