Scrappy not booting after install v8.0.2 - 2601.1 Funky Jacaranda

Hi,

New here so bear with me. I’m facing an issue where after installing scrappy on MU OS 2601.1 Funky Jacaranda Scrappy wont boot up. I installed the latest version 8.0.2 and got a successful install. However when going back to the application folder Scrappy has no icon next to it and when booting the app it goes to a black screen. I can return to the app launcher by pressing B. I tried removing it and installing again, but to no avail.

What kind of info do you need from me, happy to help.
