Selectively disable apps?

I’m building a few RG35XXSP as gifts for younger users. I’d like to be able to lock down the device as much as possible so they can’t break anything important.

Specifically “PortMaster” and “Dingux Commander” seem like the security loopholes here because the user can install/uninstall software and add/remove/edit files directly. Perhaps it would be easier to simply add these into the restrict/allow in Kiosk mode?

I would disable applications altogether in this regard. We are not going to be adding support for specific application restriction. We do this for the Archive Manager and Task Toolkit because they are inherently built-in functions.

If you do not wish to see some of these applications you can move them from /opt/muos/share/application to somewhere else and move the back when required.
