Some ports does not longer works after update to goose for example stardevally but balatro and gta vc works i have rg28xx
You are likely missing the required runtimes. Stardew for example needs the mono runtime to work.
There is a way to manually install them on a offline device but I am not sure what the procedure is.

The runtimes for some ports were, for some reason, stored in SD1 rather than 2.
Just reinstall the offenders from Portmaster and they’ll work again.
