What are the ideal retro arch audio settings?

I am tryingt i set my retroarch audio settings to more ideal none crackling sound. I almost have it right but sitll need help. What settings do you guys have?

Generally speaking this is a hardware limitation, the way these boards are built the Wi-Fi and audio cause interference with each other. There are some guides floating about where users have reduced this interference, I’ll see what I can find.

Are you by any chance playing GBA games? The audio crackling seen with mGBA is usually due to the CPU switching frequencies. If you set the governor to performance, then it will prevent the CPU from switching frequencies and prevent any audio crackle.

You change governor the same way you change core, by pressing select in content explore on a GBA game. Make sure you confirm the choice of performance governor by pressing X instead of A, so that it assigns it to the entire directory rather than having to assign it to each game individually
