This is primarily for devices that have official support but do not boot or function for whatever reason.
We have received a number of reports that muOS doesn’t function correctly on certain devices (The RG35XX-SP in particular). We understand how frustrating this can be, and we have genuinely tried several different approaches to identify and resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, none of the development crew have been able to replicate the problem. This makes it extremely difficult to track down the root cause or implement a reliable fix without being able to observe the fault directly.

“While I am more than happy for someone to send their device in for testing, I want to be upfront: I am not going to keep buying devices on the off chance that one of them has the issue. At this point, we have done just about everything.”
If muOS does not work on your device, then sadly, it just does not work. We know that is not the answer some people are looking for, but the muOS development crew have to be realistic with their time and priorities. There are far more productive things for us to focus on than endlessly chasing hardware quirks we cannot reproduce.
As an aside, there have been some success with using different mSD cards and formatting them prior to flashing.
We hope to one day put this issue behind us. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
