This is primarily for devices that have official support but do not boot or function for whatever reason.
We have received a number of reports that MustardOS doesn’t function correctly on certain devices. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we have genuinely tried several different approaches to identify and resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, none of the development crew have been able to replicate these problems. This makes it extremely difficult to track down the root cause or implement a reliable fix without being able to observe the fault directly.

“While I am more than happy for someone to send their device in for testing, I want to be upfront: I am not going to keep buying devices on the off chance that they have issues.”
If MustardOS does not work on your device, then sadly, it just does not work. We know that is not the answer some people are looking for, but the MustardOS development crew have to be realistic with their time and priorities. There are far more productive things for us to focus on than endlessly chasing hardware quirks we cannot reproduce.
There are some great CFW alternatives out there that you can use in the meantime.
