App Downloader

Download muOS apps straight from your handheld! Currently there are a few apps listed, but more can be suggested either on this topic, a GitHub issue, or you can make a pull request yourself. Apps are loaded from the apps_listing.json file in the repo, and downloaded from GitHub releases. I’d love to hear anyone’s thoughts or suggestions, it’s functional but still pretty basic for now.

Note: if you’re the developer of any of these apps and don’t like that it’s listed for any reason, let me know and I’ll remove it

A muOS community app to download other muOS community apps, love it. I downloaded the Bluetooth app and installed without a problem.

That’s amazing!
I plan on doing a redesign for that app with Figma, like the one I did for the Bluetooth app, would you like one ?

Sure! It’s a very basic design right now so if you want to give it a shot, be my guest

As promised, here is my “re-imagination” of your app, with an eShop twist

If needed, I can provide you with a link to the Figma board, so you can get the precise mesurements you’ll need in case you wanna make that redesign a reality

I’ll definitely at least use it as inspiration for a UI redesign! I like a lot about it, thanks!

Just released v0.2.0, which updates the UI as well as some other small changes. If you have the app installed, it should be able to be updated from within itself lol

@oiimrosabel If you wouldn’t mind, I’d love to use the version of your icon that’s included in your Aurora theme (without the background) if you’d be willing to send me a vector of it! I think it fits the new style much better.

I can send you the SVGs if needed. If you’re not afraid to use Figma, the icons can be found inside the Figma file on Aurora’s GitHub repo

Completely up to you

I tried to find the icon, but I don’t use Figma so maybe I just couldn’t figure it out. Maybe I’m missing something lol

Hmmm… looks like I haven’t updated it yet… That’s weird.
Have you checked the “Glyphs” page ? Otherwise I’ll give you the file directly instead

Yeah, it’s not there. I guess it’s not updated, looking at it I think it’s an older version

There you go !

If needed, I can send you the Figma file containing the redesign as well

Thanks! I updated the branding, it’s live in the latest version if you want to see what you think!
