Naomi games require a secondary folder that holds a CHD for each disc game. Renaming these with a dot hides the folders but then the games won’t launch.
A forum search for naomi
would bring up the following resolved issue.
Hi, some Sega NAOMI games require a data folder with the same name as the game in the same directory to work. However, when I put the data folder in the <system> folder, it shows up in the game list. If I rename the folder by adding a dot (.) or underscore (_), the game doesn’t work. Setting the folder as hidden in Windows doesn’t help either.
Is there any other way to hide such folders from appearing in the list? Thanks!
