Issue using Splore

I’m having trouble using Splore. I purchased Pico-8 and followed the steps to install it. I’m able to use Splore to load .p8 files, but I cannot use the network features. The process goes as follows:

  1. I launch Splore
  2. Navigate to any tab (“New” for example)
  3. I press [UPDATE]
  4. It shows the loading bobber for ~30s
  5. Timed out

I’m having a similar issue to this post. I didn’t see that anyone found a solution, so I brought it up again. Apologies if this is something obvious, I’m new to this. I also made a post on the Pico-8 subreddit.

Update: I tried it on another machine (on a computer), and it seems to work fine.
