Hey guys just wanna ask if this is an issue on Loose Goose? It doesn’t always happen but randomly, when I press M + X, it doesn’t work to bring the RetroArch menu so there’s no other way to exit other than press the restart button of the device. M + Start doesn’t work either.
Seems to be working just fine here. If it isn’t something we can reliably replicate then we cannot fix it unfortunately. Sounds like perhaps the button hardware itself.
You also do not need to reboot the device, you can press MENU + START as per the hotkeys stated here:
Yeah, but the Menu + Start combination doesn’t work either when this happens. The game runs fine, and I can even press and hold the Start button to enter the dip switch. Could it be a bad RetroArch configuration file?
It could very well be, you can restore the RetroArch configurations and any overrides by using the Restore Tasks found within the Task Toolkit which can be found in the Applications menu.
