the icons are included with the theme on the muOS website. If you’re on an older version of Pixie they might not auto install.
the customisation section of “settings” seems to be messed up on a RG40XXH. the icons are all stuck on the end of the word making it seem really messy.
any fix for this? thanks!
Edit: sorry didn’t realize this was a known issue. Looks like I have to update to pixie patch 2.
The idea is to keep everything as simple as possible. Anyway there’s always a title on top of the screen, were you can see for sure wich system you are choosing. If you have some idea how to show different Sega system with not that similar contollers, i’m open to suggestions. But i don’t really like the idea of have some additional text text near controllers.
Hi! I’ve added German language support. I’ve noticed that some of your translations are not the same as in system, hope it won’t be an issue. Enjoy
If you see that something is wrong, let me know.
Lovely theme, been using it my 34XX for the past few days.
I do have a question. How would I go about it to make it so the grid in the explore screen is centered with only 3 emulators? I’ve tried looking and messing around with muxplore.ini but no dice on finding the right setting.
I just want to make it so there’s less negative space from there being only 3 systems.
Edit: Nvm, I was editing the wrong muxplore.ini Found the row_height option.
You should make an icon for the Nintendo GameCube since you can download a core for it
Can’t find it in list.
Are there some gamecube games, that you can play on this handhelds?
You can download the core here [Core] Dolphin for MuOS V9 Take 3 by @Speedrun [+.[🐬].%] - #3 by arkun
the compatibility list is here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1LHXQV78yAuvii8J77KUgEt3Ap6TagjQzN48gdB9iVKY/htmlview I’ve got Pikmin to work but I haven’t tested anything else.
Edit 1: also if you add a GameCube icon also add one for the Wii because the links to the core I provided are for both Wii and GameCube. I got rhythm heaven fever to work
Added icons in the latest release.
Or you can download and place them manually.
Thanks they look amazing
Can you please go to MUOS/info/catalogue/Folder/grid/ and rename “Nintendo Wii” to “Nintendo - Wii”. If it will help, i will update theme.
Yeah, like this.
If your folder isn’t named wii
it won’t work. To make it work you can rename your folder to wii
. Or you can go to the file MUOS/info/name/folder.json
. There is line "wii": "Nintendo - Wii",
. Add line "(your folder name)": "Nintendo - Wii",
. If this won’t help, then there is some issue with wii in muos itself.
You also can name icon the same as the folder, this will definitely work.
Thank you I just made the folder and the png have the same name. but I would recommend fixing this so people don’t have to change it themselves.
How do you name your wii and gamecube folders? wii
and gc
?
I just thought that people might want to name their folders different as other systems and this names should work with any name that listed folder.json. But since there are only one variant of name for this systems in default file maybe i should make the images the same.
I name them Wii and GC. when I downloaded the theme the GameCube icon showed up even though the png is named Nintendo GameCube so I thought that was weird
How do I get that style of boxart shown in preview 3?
It is a template in Scrappy
I figured it out, thank you. Love your theme btw. I’ve been using it on my 34xxsp
